Flight of the Butterfly in New Colors!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! I hope you are having a good one! I definately am starting the day off on a good note... the local schools decided to make the recital date I had chosen the day of every high school's graduation day... ugh! I finally got confirmation back from the venue that we can change to the weekend before... THANK GOODNESS!

Anyway... Today's card uses the Verve Anniversary Sketch #1. I always love Julee's sketches, as I mentioned yesterday!

I can't seem to stop using Flight of the Butterfly... it's such a versatile and fun set! I almost told myself that I should use something different today, but I figured... who cares!

This card is pretty basic, but it has a lot of layers... I just counted 11 layers... whoa! I am happy that I got to feature some fabulous new paper from Stampin' Up called Throughly Modern! It has great patterns in it and the colors are to die for!

The big butterfly was stamped twice, then punched out with the new Butterfly Punch and layered and popped up! I like the dimension this gives the card.
