More Coasters

Another set of coasters I made!  You can't tell in the picture, but I used specialty paper that has some glitter on it and it lasted through the process!  I looove how this turned out!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

Awesome Coasters

Hello!  I hope you have had a wonderful weekend!  Mine has been great!  I just discovered the website Pinterest.  If you have never checked it out... you MUST!  There are so many great things on there!  I actually found the idea for these super easy & cute tile coasters on there.

These are just those really cheap tiles from Lowes or any home improvement store.  I got mine for $0.16 each!  I used designer paper and Mod Podge to cover them and put felt on the bottom!  SUPER simple and really really cute!  I've made several sets so far, but this is my favorite.

Just wanted to share!

Precious Butterflies for You

Hi!  I hope you are having a good week.  It's the last week of summer classes at the studio and I have gotten a lot of work done in preparation for our fall season, so I took some time out today and decided to stamp!

This is for yesterday's sketch challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers.  This is also for yesterday's Color Throwdown to use Daffodil Delight, So Saffron, Old Olive, & Basic Grey.

I pulled out my new Precious Butterflies stamp set.  It's a new hostess set from the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog.  The designer paper is from Just Add Cake (So Saffron piece) and from the Neutrals Print Pack (the Basic Grey piece).

This is a pretty simple card, but it was fun to make!

Polka Dots Everywhere!

Hello!  Happy Wednesday... we are half way to the weekend!  Today's card is for several challenges over on Splitcoast Stampers.  It's the Dare to Get Dirty challenges especially for Fan Club members!  If you are not a club member, sign up today!  You won't be sorry!

I pulled out my new Best of Everything stamp set.  I just love this set paired with the new Berry Blossoms designer paper!  So cheerful & fun!

This is for a sketch challenge, a challenge to use paper flowers, a challenge to use three different types of embellishments, to use punches, and last but not least, use polka dots!  I think I nailed that one, don't you?  HAHA!

Thanks for stopping by!

Birthday Wishes Owl

Hi everyone!  I hope your week is off to a great start!  Splitcoast Stampers is having their annual Dare to Get Dirty challenges.  I play in these every year, so I had to get started!  This card is for Julie M. Lacey's challenge to use Kraft on your project and for Betty Wright's challenge to use colors, supplies, etc that go along with the letters in your name.  The sketch is for this week's Mojo Monday sketch!

Here's how I used the letters in my name:

Ribbon
Island Indigo
Lucky Limeade
Eyelets
Yellow (for More Mustard)

I was pushing it on the "Y", but I really had a hard time coming up with something!

I used two Sale-a-Bration sets from this past year, So Happy for You & Punch Bunch.  Unfortunately, both are no longer available.  Both the Crumb Cake & More Mustard are from a retired Prints Pack designer paper series that is also no longer available.
