Today, I am showcasing a BRAND new stamp set that's in the Spring Catalog called Hearts a Flutter. It is a super cute set that you can buy bundled with coordinating Framelits! Here, I have paired it with a very versatile set, Itty Bitty Banners which also has a coordinating Framelit set.
This is for two challenges:
