Stampin' Friday!

This is my card for the Limited Supplies challenge on Splitcoast and Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge.

The limited supplies challenge was to make a card for an unsual holiday. Today is National Gardening Day, so I chose to make a card with this great set from Verve Visual.

I wish I hadn't stamped the sentiment in river rock because it blends into the cardstock too much, oh well!

Here are the details:

Paper: Whisper White, Soft Sky, Old Olive, River Rock, Fall Flowers DP (All SU!)

Ink: Soft Sky, Old Olive, River Rock (All SU!)

Stamps: Petals & Stems (Verve Visual)

Accessories: 5/8'' Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon (SU!), Stickles (Ranger)

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!!

  3. Hi Riley--love the card. I've regretted stamping sentinments that seem to disappear and found that stamping over with a darker color ink using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig fixes the problem. Even if you're not exactly covering the previous sentiment, it looks like you purposely did a shadow effect.
