Happy Holiday Wishes!
Hi everyone! I live, I live!! HAHA! Sorry for my absence last week, it was just really busy. I was trying to get everything done at the studio since we are closed this week for Thanksgiving!
This is for today's color challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers to use Pretty in Pink, Old Olive, and Bermuda Bay.
I loooove this color combination and thought it called for a snowman for sure! This is from the Just Celebrate set by Stampin' Up. Unfortunately it was only available in an Occasions Mini Catalog a few years ago and never made it to a main catty. I think its' really cute and a shame that not more people got an opportunity to purchase it!
I made the background by using a Cuttlebug Snowflake Embossing folder, then I used the Stampin' Pastels to add color to it! It's a great "do it yourself" designer paper technique!
The snowman is colored with Stampin' Write Markers and then layered with the Square Nestabilities.
Card Details:
Paper: Whisper White (#100730), Bermuda Bay (#115317), Pretty in Pink (#100459), Old Olive (#100702)
Stamps: Just Celebrate (retired)
Ink: Basic Black (#101179)
Accessories: Sherbet Buttons (#116312), Linen Thread (#104199), Old Olive 5/8'' Grosgrain Ribbon (#109054), Scallop Border Punch (#112091), Word Window Punch (#105090), Modern Label Punch (#116630), Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430), Bermuda Bay Stampin' Write Marker (#116329), Pretty in Pink Stampin' Write Marker (#100045), Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker (#100079), Stampin' Pastels (#105542)
Have a wonderful day!!
