Polka Dot Fun

Wow!  It's been quite a while since I've been able to sit down and stamp.  We had a huge national competition all last week and I am just now getting caught up on everything!  I have a box full of new Stampin' Up goodies and I was determined to play with some of them today!

This card is for this week's Mojo Monday sketch challenge. I used the new designer series paper called Polka Dot Parade along with two new stamp sets, World Treasures and Itty Bitty Banners.  I also used the new Framelits, Bitty Banners.  Everything on this card is current... WOO HOO!
