Pastel Butterflies

Whew... I'm trying to get caught up on my posts!  I actually have been stamping, but I haven't had time to take pictures and post everything!  I made this card last week for the Splitcoast Stampers color challenge to use Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz, and So Saffron with a dessert option of flowers.  I also added Smoky Slate as a neutral on my card.

I used that week's Mojo Monday sketch as well.

I used my Stampin' Write markers and aqua painter to do the coloring on the flower and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.  I used my color coach (why in the world did they get rid of that handy tool?) to determine which colors to use for shading.

The designer paper is called Nursery Nest and, of course, has been retired!

Supplies:
Paper: Pear Pizzazz, Smoky Slate, Water Color Paper, Blushing Bride, So Saffron, Nursery Nest DP
Stamps: Butterfly Basics
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: Butterfly Thinlits, Small Butterfly Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stampin' Write Markers, Pear Pizzazz Seam Binding Ribbon

Thanks for stopping by!
