Krafty Black Rose Birthday!
Today's card features the color challenge over on Splitcoast. We were to use: Kraft, Basic Black, & Rose Red. I really love these colors together!
I made this card for one of my dancers who is having her birthday party today.. yes, I was invited to a 9 year old's birthday party... haha! I am still not sure if I can make it, but I wanted to make her a card regardless.
I pulled out two oldies but goodies... Dance Sketches & Warmest Regards to make this card and I am really happy with how it turned out!
The main image is stamped on watercolor paper and colored with SU markers. The scalloped edge was made using my corner rounder!
The layout was inspired by this layout on sketches! I changed it slightly to fit my image!
Card Details:
Paper: Basic Black, Rose Red, Kraft, Watercolor Paper, Cutie Pie DP (SU!)
Ink: Stazon Jet Black, Rose Red (SU)
Stamps: Dance Sketches & Warmest Regards (SU)
Accessories: Polka Dotted Sheer Ribbon (Michael's), Corner Rounder (EK Success)
