Snow Fun!
Goooood morning everyone! It's really rainy and dreary here today and I'm still not feeling that great, but I did manage to squeeze out a card.... even though now that I look at it, I stamped the snow crooked... aaarrrrgggghhhh!!
Anyway, I have felt for the past week or so that I've really lost my mojo... I think it kind of is back with this card, but not exactly all the way back!
I did this card for today's challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers. We were to use watercolor paper.
I love watercolor paper, but yesterday I realized that I haven't made nearly enough Christmas cards, so today I was determined to make one! I wanted to also do the sketch challenge from yesterday which requires a pretty large image. Well, number 1, all of my line images were too small for the sketch and number 2, I really didn't want to use any of my solids on watercolor paper.... so, I ended up using something I hardly ever use.... a jumbo wheel!
I actually like how this turned out... except for the fact that the wheel was a little crooked... I'm not sure how I didn't notice that when I first stamped this! AHH! Oh well!
Card Details:
Paper: Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Chocolate Chip, Watercolor Paper (SU!), Figgy Pudding Dp (Basic Grey)
Stamps: Snow Jumbo Wheel (SU!)
Ink: Baja Breeze (SU!)
Accessories: Brads (making memories & american crafts), Little Felt Flurries (SU!), Swiss Dots Embossing Folder (ProvoCraft), Cuttlebug (ProvoCraft)
Thanks for looking and I hope you have a terrific day! Don't forget that you can shop 24/7 at my Stampin' Up Website!
