No No No... Embellishments!

Today's challenge on Splitcoast Stampers was to make a card with NO embellishments! Whew, was this tough! You don't know how badly I wanted to put ribbon or brads on this card!! I resisted though... here is what I came up with!

I used Julee's mojo sketch #55 as my layout and I made "faux" brads since we couldn't use real ones out of DP!


Card Details:

Paper: Riding Hood Red, Always Artichoke, Baja Blue, Old Olive, Very Vanilla (SU!), Figgy Pudding Dp (Basic Grey)
Stamps: Season of Joy (SU!)
Ink: Old Olive (SU!)
Accessories: Cuttlebug (ProvoCraft), Swiss Dots Embossing Folder (ProvoCraft)

    This is so nice! It's quite a discipline now to NOT use embellishments, isn't it?
