Covered Jr. Legal Pads

So, I found this great tutorial during my stint on my couch surfing blogs while I was sick.  It's for a covered Jr. Legal Pad.  You can find it HERE!  Like I said earlier, we have a craft show coming up.  I had a pack of 5 RSVP pens and I had 6 notepads, so I ended up making 5.  I need to get another pack of pens if I want to make up the last pad I have. 

My challenge to myself was to use some old supplies.  I succeeded, but I have soooo many old embellishments and designer paper that it becomes overwhelming.  Here are my other designs:
