Springy Fresh Vintage

Hi!  I missed my blog yesterday, there was just too much stuff I had to do and I didn't have time to stamp.  Booooo!  Oh well, I'm back today with a new card!

This is for three challenges:
1.  Create with Connie & Mary : they have a color challenge today to use: Blushing Bride, Pool Party & Soft Suede

2.  Deconstructing Sketch Challenge

3.  The Ways to Use it Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers which was to make a birthday card

I didn't have room on the front of my card for the sentiment, so I had to put it on the inside, but I promise it's a birthday card!  HAHA!

This card has many layers and was kind of crazy to make.  The sketch just took me down the road of layers, layers, and more layers!  The stamp set is the new Fresh Vintage which will be available for FREE on January 23rd when you make a purchase from my Stampin' Up store of $50 or more.

The designer paper I used is from a previous hostess paper pack that had some of the In Color prints.  It is no longer available.  I was going to use some of my new Everyday Enchantment paper, but I just needed a small strip and didn't want to cut a whole new sheet of paper.

The embossing on the Pool Party layer was done with the Framed Tulips embossing folder.  The Blushing Bride embossing was done with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder.

I used my Stampin' Write Markers in Soft Suede, Pool Party & Blushing Bride to color the image.

Here is my full supplies list:
Paper: Blushing Bride CS, Pool Party CS, Soft Suede CS, Whisper White CS, Blushing Bride Prints DP (retired)

Stamps: Fresh Vintage (available for FREE beginning January 23rd)

Ink: Blushing Bride, Pool Party, Soft Suede (Stampin' Write Markers)

Accessories: Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon, Framed Tulips Embossing Folder, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Scallop Border Punch

  9. I am also writing to make you understand what a useful discovery my daughter undergone checking the blog. She realized so many pieces, with the inclusion of how it is like to possess a very effective teaching spirit to make many others just gain knowledge of a number of very confusing subject areas. You really surpassed people's expected results. I appreciate you for supplying those beneficial, safe, revealing as well as fun thoughts on that topic to Julie.
