Garden Vintage

Here is another card I made today at my mom's house.  We challenged each other to use this old designer paper called Walk in the Park.  For some reason, we both bought two packs of this when it came out.  I guess we thought we would run out.. HAHA!  This card only made a small dent in our stash.

I used this week's Create with Connie & Mary sketch!

Since I used some "vintage" paper, I decided to use an old stamp set called Garden Whimsy.  I've always liked this set and I think it came out really cute on this card!  The sentiment is from this year's sale-a-bration called Best Day Ever.

Thanks for stopping by!

  3. How sweet that you get to craft with your mom! I adore your "vintage" DSP and your soft color choice really complement it. Thanks for playing along this week at Create with Connie and Mary!

  4. This is so pretty - love the soft patterns and colors. I also love it when you can use something that you already have! Thank you for joining us at Create with Connie and Mary!

  5. What a fun card! I LOVE your 'vintage' paper and I have to say I always had a tough time making cards with this set and I just LOVE how you put the images toghter. Thanks for playing along this week for the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!

  6. Wow! That stamp set is a blast from the past...I think it was one of the first ones I ever purchased! I loved that DSP, too! Thanks for playing along with the sketch challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!
