Make a Wish!

This card is a CASe of one I found on Pinterest.  It was made by Elaine Schader, but I cannot find the original post!  I love how she used the negative image of the banner to inlay the smaller banner.  I pretty much copied her card exactly except I did use different paper and a different color scheme.

The paper I used is called Retro Fresh and is, of course, retired.  The colors used are: Tangerine Tango, Coastal Cabana, and Baked Brown Sugar.
